Two different jobs. People argue about which one matters and the answer is that they aren't competing.
Look at the prepositions
Into is a threshold. It happens once, it takes a second, and somebody else usually controls it. That's what a network is for — an introduction, a referral, a name mentioned in a meeting you weren't in.

The bitter version is wrong
"It's not what you know, it's who you know" is usually said by someone who didn't get the thing, about someone who did. It's satisfying and it's incomplete.

Sizing and exchanges
Regular fit, XS–2XL, standard unisex sizing cut closer to a men's block. If you usually wear women's sizes, check the chest measurement against a shirt you already own rather than trusting the letter.
