Closed back with an elastic stretch band. No snap, no buckle, nothing hard at the back of your head — which matters under a helmet, against a headrest, or lying down. It's the construction you want if the cap is doing anything more than sitting there.

Silver undervisor, which reflects rather than absorbs and cuts glare bouncing up off the brim.
